Return Process
- Before we ship your goods, we check and ensure that the merchandise you receive is the correct item—free from damage or defects.
- If factory-defective goods or wrong items were shipped out, please know that we are committed to providing you with a product replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. We understand that your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- For us to review all returns due to factory defective goods or wrong items shipped, please fill out the Return Items Form, which you will find on Your Completed Orders page. This form will ask for details about the item, the reason for return, and your preferred action (replacement or refund).
- Please indicate in the form the Return Reasons (Received Wrong Product or Factory Defective Product) and the Return Actions (Replacement or Refund).
- If the request is valid and approved, we shall facilitate a replacement or a refund of the purchase amount, whichever you prefer.
- Upon receipt of factory-defective goods or the wrong item sent, please fill out the Return Form within 7 days. If the request for replacement or refund is valid, kindly send us back the item within 7 days from receipt of our email confirming approval of replacement or refund.

- Please return the item in its original delivery condition.
- Kindly include a copy of the official receipt.
- Please include a copy of the shipping receipt for the returned item, along with your banking details, so that we can remit the shipping cost to your bank account.
- Return the item within 3 days of receiving our email confirming approval of replacement.

Philippines 1010 - Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the replacement within 2 to 5 business days.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we shall refund the paid amount for the returned item plus your shipping cost for returning the item.

- We will deposit the refund price and your shipping cost for returning the item into your bank account.
Please note we do not offer product replacement or refund based on the following:
- Change of mind (example: changing an item for a different size, brand, color or price)
- Errors in making the correct order (for example, accidentally adding an item to your shopping cart)
- Damages caused by mishandling and shipping or damages caused by the customer’s mishandling or misuse of the product.
