Ordering & Cancellations
Order Process
We strive to make the order process as convenient as possible for you. We accept and process orders Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Manila time). All orders received after the cutoff time are processed the next business day, and all orders received during holidays are also processed the next business day.
Once payment has been approved, orders are usually picked up by the authorized Courier within 1 to 2 business days.
Stock availability of listed items is not guaranteed. Some items listed on our website occasionally may not be available for shipment and are out of stock. We will notify you via email if these items will still be available or if our suppliers discontinued them in production.
Once an order is approved, we will notify you via email. Should you need to inquire about the status of your order, you may email us at orders@focus.com.ph
Order Cancellation
We can only cancel orders for unpaid items. Once the payment is approved and finalized, you may no longer cancel your orders because paid items will now go through the shipping process. If you wish to cancel an order for unpaid items, please send us an email at orders@focus.com.ph with your order details.
For items that are still unpaid and outstanding, you may request to cancel them by sending us an email to orders@focus.com.ph
